Ms. Shen Dongmei used to serve as the Deputy Chief of the Intellectual Property Division and the First Civil Division of the Intermediate People's Court of a certain city. She has handled numerous commercial litigation and arbitration, intellectual property protection, company law and other cases.
Ms. Shen has extensive experience in handling complex, difficult and new types of intellectual property business, international business, commercial disputes and other litigation, arbitration and enforcement.
Represented a large Singapore computer company to win a verdict confirming the establishment of a trade secret infringement in the Suzhou Intermediate People's Court. As a result, she was named one of the most outstanding professional lawyers in the field of dispute resolution in the "Asia Pacific Legal 500".
Represented a U.S. listed company and its subsidiary in China, and won the first instance of intellectual property rights in the Jiangsu Higher People’s Court in a case involving unfair competition and infringement of trade secrets with a Taiwan company and its subsidiary in Shenzhen,helping clients successfully solve the nine-year-old tug-of-war of trade secret infringement.
