Jundu won the bid for major project by the State Grid Corporation of China

Recently, Beijing Jundu Law Firm has successfully won the bid for the legal service project of deepening reform of China's provincial industrial units, reforming state-owned enterprises and solving historical legal issues of State Grid.

The win marks Jundu's second involvement in assisting the State Grid's transition as a state corporation. Its first involvement was in the strategic deployment and transformation of the State Grid's agricultural and electric power enterprises. This is not only due to the rich legal experience and the strong team of lawyers at Jundu, but it must also be attributed to the recognition of Jundu's legal expertise by  State Grid.

State Grid is a state-owned company directly managed by the central government, with a registered capital of RMB 829.5 billion, and a core business consisting of investment, construction and operation of power grids. In 2020, State Grid was ranked No. 3 in the Fortune Global 500.
